John R. Clouthier

John has been DJing in Traverse City and throughout the surrounding areas for the past fifteen years.  In 1996, John experienced DJing for the first time.  Because he thoroughly enjoyed the music industry, John decided to open up a business of his own, Selective Sounds Disc Jockey Service in 1998.  In May of 2011 John was offered a position to become a part of the entertainment at Greystone Mansion, where he was also married to his wife, Jaime, in June of 2010. 

Aside from his dedication of Djing, John’s full time position is working as General Manager for a Property Management Company that owns and operates hotels, restaurants, and apartment buildings.  John enjoys being a part of Greystone’s staff and interacting with the guests is something he truly enjoys. 

Ray Malinao

Ray Malinao is a native of the Philippines who grew up in a suburb outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ray first visited Traverse City in 2002. Not only did he fall in love with the area, he also met his wife Amanda whom he has two beautiful daughters with. Ray and his family loved Traverse City so much, they relocated to the area in 2006.

Ray found his passion in music at the ripe age of 9 when he discovered how to record music on a tape deck with his mom's stereo console.

His first DJ opportunity came during his high school party were he used two tape decks, a receive and a microphone. From that moment on he knew he enjoyed providing DJ entertainment where he bared witness to all who were having the time of their lives.

Ray has been DJing for the past 15 years and has networked with a few local DJ services in the Traverse City area. He was presented an opportunity to work for Greystone Mansion in May 2011. he truly feels fortunate to have this opportunity because he genuinely enjoys providing DJ service during important mile stones in peoples lives.

Aside form his endeavors as a DJ, Ray also works for a Hotel Management Company as an Assistant General Manager for the past for and a half years. 

Shawn Wiley

Shawn Wiley has been DJing in the Traverse City Area for over 20 years getting his start in radio and working for local radio stations.  Shawn began running sound for Sound Environments here in Traverse City working with bands from all over the state. 

Shawn’s passion for music and the opportunity to work for Greystone Music Productions was a great opportunity.  Shawn believes that it is very important to have the right mix of music and for the bride and groom to have the time of their lives.

Aside from his endeavors as a DJ, Shawn also works for Global Marine Insurance for the past 9 years.
